Strangely, the postings closest to my actual experience all had 500:1 ratios. Public-sector jobs, mostly. I sent applications to about two hundred companies. None of the higher-paying ones got back to me.
The second was a remote interpreter position. Korean speakers would call hospitals or institutions in the US/Canada, and I'd join the call to interpret between English and Korean. Pregnant, working from home, this looked like the dream.
